And located in the Rotonda hall, the new Azafrán restaurant offers an attractive buffet with food cooked in front of the customer, where you can enjoy migas del pastor (shepherd’s style breadcrumbs), La Mancha suckling lamb shoulder, cod tiznao and pisto manchego (fried mixed vegetables).
